Temporary Galley Hand

We are currently seeking a Temporary Galley Hand to join a professional yacht program for a 4-month contract, running from 10th January to 3rd May.

Package:

  • $140-$160 USD per day, depending on experience
  • Temporary contract: 10th January - 3rd May

Duties will include:

  • Dishwashing and maintaining galley cleanliness.
  • Assisting with galley deep cleans.
  • Basic food preparation, including vegetable prep.
  • Supporting the galley team with day-to-day operations.

This position would suit someone looking to gain further galley experience, and extensive yacht experience is not required. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
