Cooks/Chefs and Stewards

Super Yachts Perth is renowned for providing an unforgettable, exclusive experience for its guests.

We are currently seeking Cooks/Chefs and Stewards for our busy Private/ Charter Motor Yacht based in Western Australia.

As a part of the role, you will be managing the accommodation facilities onboard the yacht for our teams.
Day to day, this includes but is not limited to cleaning cabins, laundry, maintaining mess areas, and helping to prepare meals.

Responsibilities:

Cooks/Chefs:

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a maritime or high-end hospitality setting
• Create diverse and innovative menus tailored to meet the preferences and dietary needs of guests
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal service
• Manage inventory and oversea provisioning to ensure the availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the galley, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and health codes related to food safety and preparation

Stewards:

• Previous experience as a Steward on a yacht preferred
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey
• Maintain cleanliness and order in cabins and common areas, ensuring a welcoming and well-presented environment
• Assists in setting up and facilitating onboard events, parties, and gatherings
• Support the culinary team during services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols, contributing to the overall well-being of passengers and crews
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing conditions
