On behalf of a 60m+ motor yacht, currently based in Europe, we are looking to recruit a Crew/Sous Chef.
This role sees the Crew/Sous Chef working independently when the Owners aren’t on board, managing the galley maintenance, provisioning, accounts and cooing for crew. However you will be able to work collaboratively with the Owners Executive Chef during guest trips.
The ideal candidate will have previous yacht experience as well as a strong restaurant background, be comfortable working independently and enjoy creating healthy, balanced food for up to 15 crew.
Due to cabin arrangements male candidates will be preferred for this role.
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
