Captain & Chef/Stew Couple for 66ft CNB66 Charter Sail Yacht

This is an exciting new position for an experienced Captain/Chef couple to work onboard this beautiful sailing yacht.

Captain


We are looking for an experienced & enthusiastic captain who has previous experience as captain on a yacht of a similar size. It is important the captain is knowledgeable & familiar with all on-board systems with a strong engineering competence. The ideal candidate will be very professional with high on-board standards and exceptional attention to detail. Good organisational skills are a must as is experience in operating a commercial yacht across international borders and handling all associated customs procedures.

Chef/Stew


We are looking for a hostess who can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, crewing ability, and culinary excellence. The owners enjoy fresh, local, Mediterranean style cooking and it is important that the candidate is confident in producing this style of food.

• Usage -  Charter & owner use 24 weeks a year
• Dual Season - Yes
• Itinerary - Mediterranean, Caribbean
• Couple Friendly -  Yes - Couples Only

The job

• Role - Captain & Chef/Steward Couple
• Salary 5500 - 7500 euros a month for couple
• Leave Days - 37
• Start Date ASAP

Qualifications/tickets

Captain

  • Yachtmaster Offshore (with commercial endorsement)
  • Food & Hygiene Level 2 MCA approved

  • STCW
  • RYA Yachtmaster Ocean
  • MCA Proficiency in Medical Care

Chef/Stew:

• Essential -
  
  • Eng1 or ML5
  • Food Hygiene & Hygiene Level 2 MCA approved
