On behalf of our client we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef / Crew Chef to join a classic Med based motor yacht with a well established crew.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic chef who is very comfortable working on their own as well as under an experienced Head Chef as the Head Chef travels with the Owner out of season and you would be responsible for the galley in their absence. As well as working collaboratively with the Head Chef on guest food during Owners trips the Sous Chef is required to create an exciting variety of good quality food for the crew whilst there are no guests on board.

Salary: DOE
Leave: Negotiable
Start: ASAP

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
