Join this private MY on its world-wide Itinerary throughout the Pacific Islands and Asia.

The owners use the yacht reliably on a 2 week on 2 week off rotation, with the yacht being actively used for around 18-26 weeks/ year (owners are NOT live on board)

Experience in Fine dining, Modern Australian, Bistro, Café, High End Hotel or Modern Pub Style kitchen food

The ideal candidate will be interested in trying new things, learning new techniques and can adapt the menu to the various locations around the globe.

Itinerary- Tahiti (now until August) then Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Great Barrier Reef, Asia 2019

  • Culinary Trained
  • Male due to cabin arrangements
  • STCW & ENG 1
  • Experience in Modern Australian, High end Bistro
  • Fun loving and adventurous
  • Adaptable and creative
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Start Date: Immediately

Salary: $4000-$5000 US / month (depending on experience), MLC contract, 38 days leave/year + flight

Work Experience Requirements:
