The project:

40m private and charter sailing yacht currently in the caribbean is looking for a engineer starting at the beginning of june, permanent position.
Salary: 5000€/month depending on experience.
The boat will come back in med at the end of may.
The interviews will take place in france, on the french riviera.

Voilier privé et charter de 40m actuellement aux antilles recherche un/e chef mécanicien pour commencer début juin, poste à l'année.
Salaire: 5000€/mois selon experience.
Le bateau reviendra en mediterrannée fin mai.
Les entretiens auront lieu en france, sur la côte d'azur.

Desired profile:

English fluent, 2 seasons of experience as chief engineer on a 40-45m sy, holding a chief engineer 750 kw or y4, able to work under pressure, team spirit.

Parlant anglais couramment, 2 saisons d'expérience en tant que chef mécanicien sur voilier de 40-45m, titulaire du brevet de chef mécanicien 750kw ou y4, capable de travailler sous pression, esprit d'équipe.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, French

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
