A highly regarded 62m Charter / Private Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Rotational Sous Chef / Crew Chef to join its established galley team. Working alongside two experienced rotational Head Chefs, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a strong Sous Chef to further develop their culinary repertoire while remaining heavily involved in all aspects of guest and crew catering. The program is known for its high standards, positive culture and supportive working environment. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for crew meals, while assisting the Head Chef with guest dining, provisioning, preparation and service. There will be regular opportunities to work independently and take ownership of sections within the galley. The yacht operates an active charter schedule and is looking for a chef who genuinely enjoys the industry, values teamwork and takes pride in contributing to strong crew morale as well as exceptional food. Strong preference to candidates who speak Spanish or from Latino background

The Ideal Candidate
• Previous Sous Chef experience onboard superyachts preferred
• Strong restaurant background
• Culinary trained
• Positive, friendly and approachable personality
• Enjoys being part of a strong team culture
• No passive-aggressive or difficult personalities
• Keen to learn and develop under experienced Head Chefs
• Comfortable producing high-quality crew meals independently
• Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
• Pastry experience advantageous but not essential
• Looking for a long-term commitment

Requirements
STCW
• Valid ENG1 / Seafarer Medical
• Valid Passport

The vessel is currently completing a busy charter season before continuing operations between the USA, Caribbean and Europe. This position would suit a chef who is passionate about food, eager to learn new cuisines, and looking to join a professional program with excellent longevity and earning potential.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
