Sole Chef / Head Chef

40m motor yacht. Med based. Currently in Palma yard undergoing a respray. Due to leave the yard at the end of May and cruise Mallorca, south of France, Italian Coast and anywhere else that looks interesting. This is a seasonal role May to October.

The yacht runs with 7 crew in total. There are no strict dietary requirements, the owners enjoy a varied, well‑balanced menu, and charter guests will dictate their own preferences. This is an ideal role for a creative and flexible chef who enjoys producing fresh, flavourful cuisine from around the world.

The successful candidate must be able to start mid May and be confident managing the galley independently to a high standard.

Primarily private for the owners and 3-5 weeks Charter guests.

We need an experienced chef who has exceptional standards in quality and presentation. Take full responsibility for the galley, food provisioning, guest experience and budgeting.

Excellent English and communication skills are a must as well as the multitude of skills that the role of sole chef encompasses.

Due to crew cabin arrangements this position is primarily available to male Chefs.
