Rotational Sous Chef opportunity on a private 70m+ motor yacht with a strong wellness and fitness focus. The vessel offers good crew longevity and a supportive, professional environment.

The role:

  • Support guest food service while primarily preparing high-quality, nutrition-focused meals for 20+ crew.
  • Confidently step into Sole Chef duties during quieter periods.
  • Assist with provisioning and daily galley operations.
  • Maintain a calm, organised galley to high standards.
  • Start date: mid-April, with flexibility for notice periods.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum three years' experience in high-end restaurants and/or similar-sized yachts.
  • Experience on 75m+ vessels preferred.
  • Able to work independently and manage the galley solo while the Head Chef travels.
  • Strong understanding of healthy, balanced crew food; nutritional qualifications or knowledge advantageous.
  • Baking and pastry skills are a bonus.
  • Flexible, reliable, and a genuine team player.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
