THIRD CHEF 100M+
An exciting opportunity for a Third Chef to join a new-build 100m+ yacht with a structured, professional galley team and a good onboard culture. With a 2:2 rotation, this role is ideal for a motivated chef looking to grow and develop within a large-yacht environment.
The role:
- Preparing high-quality, healthy, and varied crew meals for 30+ crew
- Assisting senior chefs with guest food preparation as required
- Working collaboratively within a well-structured galley team
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and consistency, with a self-motivated approach
- Private dual-season programme
- Start date: likely March, exact timing to be confirmed
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ yachting experience
- Experience on 70m+ vessels preferred
- Formal culinary training and/or strong restaurant background advantageous
- Pastry skills a bonus
- Valid B1/B2 visa advantageous
- Motivated, professional, and collaborative team player

- Salary $6,000 per month

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
