Yoga and Massage Therapist — Scenic Ocean Cruises

Set sail on your next wellness career chapter. Scenic Ocean Cruises is seeking a skilled Yoga and Massage Therapist to join our Hotel Operation team onboard.

About the Role
Deliver top-tier rejuvenation as you provide high-standard massage treatments while guiding guests through transformative wellness and movement classes (including yoga, stretching, meditation, and optional Pilates). You will report directly to the Spa Manager, working alongside onboard management and the broader spa team.

What You'll Do
Deliver high-standard, courteous, and technically excellent massage treatments following designated massage and facial sequences.

Lead scheduled group wellness classes (yoga, stretching, meditation, Pilates).

Manage and maintain accurate appointment and class schedules.

Promote onboard spa treatments, retail, and wellness classes to guests.

Maintain clean, inviting, and well-presented treatment and class spaces.

Adhere strictly to company concepts, service guidelines, safety standards, and public health regulations.

What You Bring
Essential Qualifications:

Recognised massage therapy qualification backed by minimum 2 years of experience.

Instructor certification(s) in one or more of the following: Yoga, Pilates, Group Fitness, or Meditation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven confidence presenting to groups.

Ability to autonomously manage your workload while effectively communicating with onboard ship management.

A positive, resilient, problem-solving, and results-driven attitude with seamless time-management skills across dual treatment/class schedules.

Desirable Extras:

Beauty or aesthetics qualifications (facials, nails) paired with your instructor certificate.

Deep passion and formal credentials combining massage therapy with holistic health and yoga.
