THIRD CHEF 100M+ MY

We are looking for a Third Chef to join a new build 100m+ yacht. With 2:2 rotation, a strong galley team and a positive, professional culture, this is a great role for a motivated chef looking to grow within a large-yacht environment.

The role:

  • Prepare high-quality, healthy, and varied crew meals for 30+ crew
  • Assist the senior chefs with guest food preparation when required
  • Work within a collaborative, well-structured galley team
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and consistency; self-motivated approach required
  • Private, dual season programme
  • Start date: most likely in March to align with start dates but this will be confirmed

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years of yachting experience
  • Experience on 70m+ vessels is preferred
  • Formal culinary training and/or strong restaurant background preferred
  • Pastry skills advantageous
  • Valid B1/B2 visa would also be advantageous

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
