We are currently looking for a Rotational Chief Engineer to join a:

  • 40m Private and Charter MY
  • Dual season programme
  • 2:2 rotation
  • Salary:€7000 / 13th month + training 
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Join in US
  • Y3 license
  • B1B2 Visa in hand 

We are looking for an experienced Y3 Chief Engineer. The yacht will do the Caribbean winter charter season followed by Med summer 2026. The vessel does spend time in remote locations so someone experienced with that is essential. Someone confident in different systems and a problem solver able to troubleshoot and handle issues in-house. The vessel will spend the next month in a US shipyard before heading to the Caribbean. Runs with a FJORD 41XL chase boat.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
