About this role

Deckhand – Private 40m M/Y
Busy private world-cruising yacht with an off-the-beaten track program.

Start date: October
Itinerary: Fort Lauderdale 2025, Costa Rica & Panama 2026
Package: Salary in Euros, 90 days leave

Experience and attributes required:
– Team player – working within a team of 3 on the deck
– Confident tender driver
– Water sports and fishing enthusiasts preferred
– Minimum 1 full season experience

Qualifications required:
– YM Offshore (preferred)
– Yacht Rating (minimum)
– Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (valid for a minimum 6 months)
– STCW (Fully updated)
– B1 Visa

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
