About the Yacht:

We are a privately-owned motor yacht based in Dubai. The vessel is maintained to the highest standards and used exclusively by the owner and guests. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive deckhand to join our existing professional crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and detailing of the exterior (washdowns, polishing, teak care)
• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
• Assisting with water sports setup and guest activities
• Deck maintenance, line handling, and fender management
• Assisting the engineer and captain when required
• Safety checks and equipment readiness
• Support in general upkeep and readiness of the vessel at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year experience as a deckhand on yachts 20m+
• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
• Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
• Powerboat Level 2 or tender driving experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic maintenance, line handling, and guest service etiquette
• Strong work ethic, eye for detail, and a positive team attitude
• Must already be based in or able to relocate to Dubai
• Non-smoker, professional appearance, and service-minded
