Captain & Chef/Mate – 18m Private Sailing Catamaran

We are seeking an experienced crew couple (or two skilled individuals) to operate an 18m private sailing catamaran with a dual-season itinerary. The vessel plans to cross from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean for the winter season.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3–5 years of yachting experience, with proven Caribbean cruising and Atlantic crossing experience. The Captain must hold an Ocean Yachtmaster certification. Both crew members should be fluent English speakers with a strong service orientation and a relaxed, sociable approach. Healthy meal preparation and wine knowledge are essential, and a sporty lifestyle is preferred—kitesurfing and PADI certification would be a plus.

Start Date: September/October 2025
Leave: 4 weeks annually
Salary: TBC
