Deck/Medic 100m New Build (2:2)

ROTATIONAL DECK/MEDIC – 100M MY (NEW BUILD) We are seeking a capable and experienced Deckhand/Medic to join a 100m private launching early September. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting new build, with kind and involved owners who truly value their crew. The role is 80% Deck / 20% Medic, ideal for someone with a hands-on medic background and strong deck skills. The yacht offers a world cruising itinerary, starting in the Caribbean and going further afield at the beginning of 2026.  Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of deckhand experience on vessels 50m+. - Practical medical experience essential – ideally military field medic, paramedic, or equivalent. - Ideally a strong background in trauma response, CPR, and first aid. - Formal medical qualifications not required – hands-on experience highly valued. - Male candidates preferred due to cabin arrangements. - B1/B2 visa preferred; Schengen visa if required. Package: - Salary: $5,000–$5,500 USD per month (DOE) - Leave: 2:2 rotation (8 weeks on / 8 weeks off) - Discretionary annual training allowance - Discretionary bonus scheme Start Date: End of July / Early August
