Private Chef x 3 Temp Bookings

We are working exclusively with a large shooting estate in Southern Scotland who are looking for a chef to come and help out with 3 private events they have coming up over August & September. The estate is located in a beautiful part of the countryside between Berwick-Upon-Tweed and Kelso so a car is essential (or can be hired from the airport upon arrival).

Dates are as follows, you must be available for all of them:
 

• 8th-13th August
• 21st August – 7th September
• 24th-27th September

You would need to arrive 2 days prior to the beginning of each period to get set up.
 
For the 2nd booking from 21st August to 7th September, there is likely to be a second chef working – so it is key that someone is able to work with, and rotate with, another. Likewise, many of the guests staying for this booking, will be out shooting for at least 6 or 7 days of their stay so there will be a combination of preparing tasty lunches for the hill alongside perhaps options for those not on the moors. 
 
The kitchen is a lovely professional kitchen, and we will be fully staffed with Butlers and waiting staff so it would be ideal if you have candidates that have had experience working in this sort of environment.
