Female EU Private Chef – Dubai

We are working exclusively with a new client based in the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai who is looking for a Female European Private Chef to join their family. This is a live-in position (though live-out can be considered) offering excellent working hours and a competitive package.

You will be responsible for preparing fresh, healthy, and family-style meals, providing 3 meals a day with plenty of down time between each service. The family travel often during holiday time, you will not be required to travel with them.

The family includes a couple and their 3-year-old daughter. You will be joining a small household team that includes a nanny and a housekeeper who you will also cater for.

You will ideally already be based in the UAE so you can easily attend a 1-day trial. The family are also looking for a European candidate.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Prepare light breakfast, simply lunches and nutritious, well-balanced dinners for the family
• Cook meals tailored to dietary preferences and requirements
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Conduct grocery shopping and manage pantry and stock rotation
• Plan weekly menus in collaboration with the family, focusing on variety and nutrition
• Work closely with other household staff in a respectful and team-oriented manner

Ideal Candidate
 

• EU passport holder
• Based in Dubai already
• Previous private chef experience in other private residences
• Valid food hygiene and safety certifications
• Ability to cook a variety of international cuisines to a high standard
• Strong understanding of nutrition, healthy cooking, and dietary restrictions
• Exceptional attention to detail in presentation and flavour
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Package

• Working Schedule: 5.5 days a week (Sat afternoons/evenings & Sundays off)
• Annual holiday allowance

• Accommodation (live in)
• 15,000 AED net per month
