We are currently looking for a rotational 2nd Engineer for a: 

  • 55m MY Charter/Private
  • Starting ASAP in the UK
  • Y3 engineering ticket
  • Salary EUR 6k and rotational package once boat is re-launched

We are currently looking for a 2nd engineer to join this lovely vessel currently doing a refit in the UK.  The ideal candidate must have solid experience as a 2nd engineer on a similar sized vessel and be able to join ASAP to help with the refit until re-launch in August. The rotational package will start following that and salary will be adjusted.  Great off the beaten path itinerary with great crew and owners. UK and EU passport holders due to visa restrictions in the UK. Any additional skills such as Diving, drone piloting or a medical background would be beneficial. Also must be ok to help with children when needed.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
