Crew Payroll Specialist
Location: Antwerp, Belgium

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare crew payroll for both pool and non-pool members under various flags, including Dutch and Belgian.
  • Set up new employee records and bank accounts.
  • Manage payroll-related data entry and correspondence with vessels.
  • Generate monthly and annual payroll reports.
  • Maintain records on wage calculations, tax, and social security contributions.
  • Process payroll through separate systems (e.g., for PTC).
  • Verify payroll-related invoices and coordinate with the accounting department for reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Business Administration; MSc in Shipping and International Trade is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a crew payroll position.
  • Familiarity with Dutch and Belgian maritime regulations and seafarer social security benefits.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch fluency is an advantage.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:
