About this role

Sole Engineer – Private 40m M/Y

Seasonal or Permanent role for candidates with either a Y3 or 2nd Engineer Unlimited.

– Start date: Early June
– Itinerary: Mediterranean
– Package: Salary Paid in Euros, MLC leave pro rata

Experience and attributes required:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
– Troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills
– Strong time management and organisational skills

Qualifications Required:
– Y3 or 2nd Engineer Unlimited
– STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
– Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with min 6 months’ validity)
– Seafarer’s discharge book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
