West Nautical is recruiting a Permanent Head Chef for a 62m Private Vessel.
Training will be done in the UK on the +- 20 May 2025 and then join the Vessel in Dubai on the 25 May 2025.

The Vessel will cruise the Indian Ocean for the year.

Food to be Mediterranean and Russian styles, both buffet and plated. Russian top 5 dishes the chef needs to be able to make fresh are: borsche, stroganina, syrniki desert, plov, ukha. Fresh and healthy food.

The Owners of the Vessel have 2 small Children so it is imperative that the Head Chef is child friendly.

Details:
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1 & Ships Cook Certificate
Package: 8 500.00 Eur, 120 days leave per annum

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
