Working under a Head Chef and closely with the Purser.
Candidates must be able to cater for up to 70 crew & guests, organize provisioning and accounts.
Vessel can be at sea for weeks at a time. Previous experience onboard large yachts, cruise ships or offshore vessels needed.
Qualifications needed: Valid passport, STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Discharge book, Ships Cook Certificate. Food handling permit.
Package on offer: industry standard salary - time for time rotation
Start date: 9th July 25
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
