Deckhand 32 M/Y – Genoa

Silver Swan is currently searching for a Seasonal Deckhand for our clients 32M/Y in Genoa, Italy. The boat is heavily used by a UHNW family of 8, crusiing the Mediterranenan and further afields. You will have at least 3 year of experience and have previous commitment in each of those roles. The role is suitable for someone looking for a long term, close crew and woderful owned Yacht.

Responsibilities: 

• All Deck duties
• Wash-down of decks
• Assisting interior team as and when
• Working as a crew and ensuring a positive and upbeat, hard working approach to all working aspects
• Busy summer season with a family of 8 plus some guests on board

Ideal Candidate:

• Must hold a European passport
• Fluent English Speaker and other language would be advantegeous 
• Previous experience as a Deckhand is a must
• Hardworking and positive attitude 

Package:

• Seasonal role that can go to permanent for the right candidate
• Salary: €3500 – €4000 DOE 
• Start Date: ASAP
