DECKHAND – 70M+ MY We are seeking a Deckhand to join a well-established private/light charter program with a strong team and exceptional longevity. This is a dive-heavy program requiring excellent boat-handling skills. The vessel has just returned from a world cruise and is gearing up for a busy Med and Bahamas season. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tender driver looking to build a long-term yachting career in a supportive and professional environment.  Candidate Requirements: - Strong tender driving experience (essential) - The vessel has an 11.5m twin-engine RIB and a 13m chase boat.  - Yachtmaster (essential) - Can consider candidates with limited yachting experience if tender driving is top tier - Male candidate due to cabin arrangements Package: - Salary: 3000-3500 Euros DOE - Leave: 90 days - 3x return flights per year - Performance-based 13th month bonus - Training & career development budget Start date: mid - end June
