About this role

Deckhand – Private 18m M/Y
We are recruiting for a seasonal Deckhand to join a private 18m motor yacht based in Porto Cervo. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, experienced candidate looking for a professional yet relaxed working environment. Candidates must already be located in the Porto Cervo area and have their own accommodation.

Start date: End of May until end of September
Itinerary: Porto Cervo, Sardinia
Package: Salary paid in Euros, leave included

Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 season’s experience as a Deckhand on a similar-sized yacht
• Strong tender driving skills
• Excellent cleaning and maintenance abilities
• Good team player with a positive attitude

Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (ENG1)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
