Overview

We are seeking a polished and professional Live-in Chef de Rang for our client’s spectacular cliff-top villa in Mykonos, Greece, from April to September.

This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced team supporting a well-established private household throughout the summer season.

The ideal candidate will be a highly presentable team player with a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail. Working under the guidance of the Head of Service and alongside the Butler and House Manager, the Chef de Rang will be responsible for delivering exceptional table and beverage service, supporting formal and informal meals, and ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience.

Please note, this is not a valet position. The role is focused on service duties only. There are two openings for this position.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Chef de Rang in Mykonos include:

• Provide high-level F&B service to the Principal and guests, including wine and beverage service
• Maintain standards of mise en place and service excellence
• Support with tablescaping and coordination of formal dining events
• Liaise with the kitchen and Butler to ensure seamless food service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in service areas
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management of service-related items
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

Candidates must be/have:

• Must be highly presentable, energetic, and professional
• At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, yachting, or private households
• Strong knowledge of service etiquette and fine dining protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluent in English – essential
• Fluent in Greek – would be desirable
• Must hold the right to work in the EU/Greece

Accommodation
Self-contained accommodation will be provided near the villa.
