Chase Boat Deckhand Required – Seasonal Position | Based in Turkey

We are seeking an experienced and professional Deckhand for a seasonal position on a 37ft Axopar chase boat, based in Turkey.

The ideal candidate would be available to start at the end of April, with the contract running through September/November, depending on the owner's schedule. Flexibility is essential, as the duration may slightly vary.

The Deckhand will be responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the chase boat and may also be called upon to assist the mothership’s deck team when needed.

Accommodation: Provided onboard the chase boat.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Yachtmaster Offshore
  • Valid ENG1
  • STCW Basic Training
  • Discharge Book
  • Non-smoker
  • Excellent boat-handling skills, including smooth docking
  • High standard of service, limousine/formal style upon guest request

Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Contract: Seasonal (End of April – September/November)

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
