We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous-Chef to join our prestigious luxury cruise company. You will assist the Executive Chef in managing all food production areas, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective operations on board.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee food preparation, menu compliance, and staff training.
Ensure guest satisfaction with safe, quality food.
Manage budgets, food costs, and operational standards.
Monitor public health regulations and safety procedures.
Develop new dishes and innovative culinary concepts.
Motivate the culinary team and maintain a positive work environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience on luxury cruise ships or large yachts is essential.
Experience in rank required and valid STCWS.
Package:
$8250 paid onboard only and 4 months on / 2 months off

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
