Chief engineer for a 45m private program permanent position

Looking for a Chief engineer for a 45m MY private program. The boat willl be in New England for the summer and probably the Caribbean for the winter. The salary will be above standards but according to the experience and license. Candidates must have longevity on previous boats, and be a team worker has the boat has a second engineer as well. The Chief engineer will have his/her own cabin.
