We are looking for a seasonal Sole Chef to join a Private 46m M/Y in Italy for the Mediterranean season. Detailed knowledge of Italian cuisine is a must and the ability to be creative and provide varied and interesting menus using fresh local ingredients is important. This is a busy private yacht cruising with 8/10 guests and 9 crew. Good knowledge of provisioning and galley management are important along high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The ability to cater for food allergies and dietary requirements is also required. 1 to 2 seasons experience preferred. Knowledge of Italian cuisine essential.
