Private Chef

Silver Swan is currently seeking a highly skilled Chef to join our esteemed client's household in Dubai, UAE. This small, high-net-worth family is in search of a Chef with a strong background in European cuisine to prepare a range of healthy and diverse meals. The Chef will work alongside a fully staffed household including maids and drivers, accommodating three full-time family members and six part-time residents. Preferably, the candidate should have received training and worked in Europe, bringing an authentic touch to their culinary expertise, and further enhancing the family's dining experience in the vibrant city of Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals, catering to the dietary preferences and requirements of the family, whilst ensuring to keep menus healthy and diverse
• Create a diverse menu, incorporating international dishes with a focus on European culinary traditions
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained
• Collaborate with other household staff to coordinate meal timings and any special arrangements
• Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients
• Stay updated on culinary trends and innovations, bringing new and exciting ideas to the table
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment that complies with food hygiene regulations

Ideal Candidate:

• Formal culinary training, preferably in European cuisine
• Proven experience as a Chef, with a track record of preparing high-quality meals
• Previous work experience in Europe is highly desirable
• Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to create healthy yet delicious meals
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a fully staffed household setting
• Male candidates only
• Full-time availability
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and occasional events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Package:

• Salary: 10,000 AED per month
• Live out accommodation provided
• Medical insurance
• Annual leave: 30 days
