Captain and Cook/stew

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a couple, Captain and Cook/Stew.for a new build to be launched in June Private and charter, permanent employment.Med and Caribbean season 50/50 usage. 50% charter and 50% maintenance Requirements : Captain: • Experienced Skipper & strong sailor • Charter experience • Experience in general and preventative maintenance Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge/experience • Organisational skills and account/bookkeeping Captain Documents: RYA/MCA Yacht Master Ocean Sail (Commercially endorsed) AEC,PBL2 Radio operators certificate Seafarer discharge book Cook/Stew: • Experienced Cook/Stew • Sail experience to assist Captain on deck • Charter experience • High standard of care managing interior • Proficient in provisioning Additional sailing tickets/experience preferred. Cook/Stew Documents: STCW (basic safety training) • Seafarer discharge book • ENG1 • Food/Hygiene level II • PB Level Additional requirements for the couple: • Cook/Stew Documents: STCW (basic safety training) • Seafarer discharge book • ENG1 • Food/Hygiene level II • PB Level 2 • Longevity • Well natured • Sporty • Resourceful • Healthy habits (non-smokers). • Languages: English. Spanish and/or French, Italian speaking an advantage. • References required • Visa’s required dependant on nationality Supplied by vessel: • Seafarer contracts • Couple Salary: Salary in line with industry standards DOE. • Allowance: Crew food, Travel • Medical cover Apply with your updated Cv and references.
