FEMALE SOUS CHEF 60M PRIVATE/CHARTER We are seeking a Female Sous Chef with 3+ solid seasons onboard 45m+ vessels. Candidates must hold a B1 visa. The Sous Chef onboard is responsible for Crew food and assisting the Head Chef with guest food when required. We are ideally seeking candidates who have strong pastry and baking skills. This vessel runs a busy dual season, private/charter program, cruising between the Med and the Caribbean. Typically, 8-9 weeks of charter in the Med plus approx. 3-4 weeks in the Caribbean + owners’ trips. Start date: w/c 20 Nov / latest first week of December. Leave: 45 days Salary $5200-$6200 USD DOE

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
