A unique and outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Chef. Currently based in Spain - This is a short term contract for just under three months.Immediate start in Spain, the super yacht will be setting course around the Mediterranean in mid June 2023 in which the voyage will end around late September 2023.

Responsibilities:

• Cooking and preparing meals for both crew and principal client
• Provisioning of all food items
• Adhering to budget
• Administration of food inventory within the galley
• Upholding galley safety and sanitary standards

Skills/Experience:

• Menu planning
• Excellent creativity and presentation skills
• Highly organised
• Great commmunication skills
• Positive attitude
• Knowledge of nutrition, diets and allergies
• Ability to overcome seasickness
