Job overview

On behalf of our client, an UHNW international family, we are seeking a proactive and gentle rota nanny to assist with the care of their 3 children aged 9 (girl), 4 (girl) and 2 (boy). This is a fully staffed formal household with two nannies on shift at all times, so candidates must be used to working within a team.

The family themselves are loyal to their employees and take very good care of their staff.

They have high standards of personal presentation and professionalism, but are also quick to reward hard work.

Please note, they have two roles available.

Job spec:

• Working with a very hands-on mother who likes to be involved in the daily upbringing of her children
• Taking the youngest to classes and activities when not attending nursery
• Stimulating development and implementing structure
• Liaising with other household staff – this is a close-knit team so candidates must be happy working in a wider team

Candidates must be/have:

• Active, strong swimmer with experience of working on a private yacht
• Experienced working within a fully staffed household, and as a Rota Nanny
• A native English speaker, would be a plus

Accommodation:
A separate two bedroom apartment will be provided whilst on shift

Location:
Dubai based with extensive global travel during school holidays

Hours:
Rota – three weeks on | three weeks off

Salary:
Up to £100,000 + travel allowance
