Description:

We are looking for a Chief Engineer for 100m+ Private MY. New Build. Minimum qualifications: STCW, ENG 1, III/2 Chief Engineer Unlimited Certificate. Experience with ABB Diesel Electric Propulsion with Azipods is a must. Qualification for High Voltage Safety. Candidate needs to have experience as an Engine Officer for Passenger ships or 5 yrs watch keeping experience on 100m+ Yacht or Passenger /Cruise Ship. Experience in a similar position on passenger/cruise ships/100m+ yacht is essential. The candidate should have team managing capabilities and yard experience (dry docking/refit/new build). He should have experience in diesel engines, CAM, all engineer room systems, machinery and auxiliaries including deck systems and maintenance software, (IDEA preferably) Male candidates preferred due to cabin arrangement, Fluent English desirable, 30-40s. Salary €12000. 122days leave per year and 3 rotation flights per year. Start ASAP. Ref 1685
