Private Yacht Chef - Permanent - Dubai

We are recruiting a private chef for a wonderful private Yacht for a VVIP Middle Eastern Principal. The perfect candidate will need to be experienced with cooking on a Yacht for UHNWI and be responsible for ensuring the galley is kept at the highest of standards. Chef will need to be able to adapt quickly to different situations as usual on a private Yacht. They would be responsible for feeding the Owner, guests and Crew when the yacht is in use. Majority of the time the principal eats away from the Yacht but will occasionally use the yacht. The yacht has just undergone an extensive refit and intends to be a busy dual season vessel with summers cruising the Mediterranean and winters in the Gulf region. The longest boss trip intends to be around 8 weeks during the summer, with frequent guest and boss trips throughout the rest of the year.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all food is presented to the highest of standards
• Ensure all hygiene and food standards are perfect at all times.
• Pantry stocking
• Keeping kitchen equipment clean
• Maintaining highest hygiene standards
• Cooking for principals guests when required

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working on Private Yachts as a chef
• European and asian style cooking experienced preferred
• Previous private chef experience
• Attention to detail
• Flare for the creative side of cooking as well as buffet style
• Awareness of a VIP clientele

• Salary : €4500 - €5500 Per Month
