About the yacht:

It is a 40m motor yacht, will be in Naples but based in Cannes with Marshall Island flag.

Winter time probably will be in France, but there is also a little chance that they will go to Dubai.

The project

We are looking for a Cook/ Deckhand starting as of the 11th of August. There is 2 possibility, ether it remains a seasonal position and it ends the the beginning of September or if the candidate is interested and the boat is happy with her/his work, it could turn into a permanent role.

The job will be divided between cooking and helping on the the. Main role is cooking, 60-40%.  

Interview will be held in the South of France around 8-10th of August.

The owners are a lovely family with 3 kids (and 3 baby-sitters) 

Desired profile

  • French and English speaking are MANDATORY.
  • No special ticket is required, but previous experience in yachitng is a must
  • Someone who is able to cook at least for the crew but if she/he is open to cook for the guests, it is even better.
  • Basic training STCW10 and updated medical Certificate are COMPULSORY.

Salary: depending on the profile

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, French

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
