Cook stew male candidate in Europe

We have an urgent opening for a male stew / cook for a small 23M motor yacht. Based in the MED and cruising Turkey / Greece / Italy this summer. Can be a seasonal position or retainer offered over the winter if a good fit. The season runs until the end of October. Salary is 4500 Euros / month with an end of season bonus. The 5 month winter period offers a reduced salary, and for candidates with a long term mentality there's a huge bonus offered after 3 years service. The owner expects high level service but the food is simple and healthy MED style seafood and salads. They eat off often and the yacht usage is low (approx 20 days per year average). Although a small yacht the owner does not want the crew to be his friends, the crew are professional, quiet and discreet.
