Sailing Yacht Chef

We are seeking a chef for a 25mt Nautor Swan sailing yacht
This is a seasonal position, starting in June till early November. For the right canditate we would be wiling to make this an '8 month on, 4 month off' semi-annual position (April till Nov each year). 
The yacht is private & used by English owner with his family / friends. No charters
You will form part of a team of 3 crew (+ occasional delivery/regatta crew) & share a cabin with female deck/stew. The Ideal candidate will have chef training & experience preparing mediterranean cuisine onboard similar style vessels.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Owner + Guest food prep
• Assist with food service
• Provisioning
• Galley storage & organisation
• Crew food
• Willing to assist other crew if required
• Take part in watchkeeping during passages

Itinerary:

• June : Sicily + islands cruising
• Late June/Early July: Corfu & Ionian islands cruising
• August: Tuscany, Ligurian coast & Elba
• September: Sardegna, Rolex Swan Cup Regatta
• September: Ibiza Joy Regatta
• October: Balearic Islands cruising (Palma base)
• 1st week Nov , finish season in Barcelona

Requirements;

• Fluent English speaking
• STCW & Seafarers medical
• EU Passport or Schengen Visa
• Preferred female due to shared cabin
• Relevant experience on 20mt+ sailing yachts

Salary:

• Starting from 3700+ euro per month DOE
• 2 days paid leave accrued per month
• Any unused holidays will be paid in addition to salary
