Freelance Chef- Private Residence – Whale Beach

looking for a chef to work afternoon/evenings at a high-profile residence in Whale Beach from the 28th of December through to and including 3rd of January:

Family of four staying at Whale Beach from 28 Dec – 4 January will require dinner on the 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st (if possible), 1st and 3rd.
Focus of contract will mostly be on evening / dinners and will not be full day affairs
It may be that the chef drops off provisions for the next day’s lunches when arriving to prep for dinner– ie: lunch wraps, salads (for lunch provisions)
The chef will not be required all day therefore the chef will need their own accommodation ashore
Culinary style is very diverse, and the chef will be able to offer input into menu selection thus cooking strengths
Preference for ABN holders who can invoice for their time
Salary will certainly reflect the peak period and rates can be discussed on application
