Are you a chef looking for a fulltime opportunity for the summer (and/or beyond)?

MYS has an amazing opportunity to work with a renowned restaurant / hospitality owner, fulltime over the Sydney summer period.
The owner is involved with well-known venues along the Australian East Coast
The vessel will be used for a mixture of private and small guest capacity charters within the Sydney region.
The chef will work with a young crew and a very experienced yacht manager to execute an exceptional guest experience onboard for the summer period
With the owner’s restaurant / Hospitality connections and several superyachts under the managers umbrella this position offers a terrific opportunity for a breakout chef looking to network and establish connections that will no doubt promote career opportunities well into the future
The yacht will consider candidates Australia or NZ wide, permitting they are happy to commit for the full Sydney summer onboard
Fulltime crew are young and active, who enjoy their water sports / surfing and take a professional but relaxed approach to their work

• Enjoys fine dining foods and experimenting with menus
• Diverse culinary repertoire
• Can provision accurately
• Work rights for Australia
• Can live onboard or off
