It's a 21m private/charter motor yacht based in Antibes, UK Flag, 2 crew. 

The Project

A 20 meter M/Y private and charter is looking for a Cook Stew ready to start working on his boat as of mid April 2021 till mid October 2021. 

The owners are most of the time only 2 guests, they use the boat a lot for day trips and they are planning to go to Sardinia for 2 weeks in June. 

The candidate will have to share the cabin with the captain when they have guests on board and the cook/stew can go home or sleep in on of the guests cabins when the boat is not occupied by night.

Desired profile

The ideal candidate has a real passion for cooking.  She/he will be in charge of cooking for the two owners and their guests (up to 6 people) or for the charters (up to 12 people). You will need to cook gluten free for Madam. The owners like easy and well presented food, they eat only chicken and fish and a lot of vegetables.  She/he will be in charge of doing the cabins as well.

The owners are French and they speak really little English so they are looking for someone who can communicate in French a little as least.

Salary : 3000 euros + 100 euros/day when the boat has charter guess + tips ( if the guests leaves tips for the crew, it will be shared between the Cook/Stew and the Chef)

Beginners are accepted as long as they have STCW certificate or CFBS certificate and a valid ENG1.
They would also know how to cook properly and nicely.
