Looking for an experience Chef for 45 m M/Y.
Probation period 1-month, permanent position for right candidate.
EU flag, West med.
Season 2021 France, Italy, Croatia, possibility of dual season.
Language: fluent English, additional language is advantage.
Min. 2-3 years required in similar size Yacht, previous experience on charter yacht is essential.
Excellent hygiene standards and food presentation.
Person with high knowledge, works ethic and super organized.
International, Mediterranean and health cuisine.
Organized and culinary trained.
Driving license and driving experience for tender and car is plus.
This is a no smoking and dry ship.
No bad habits, visible tattoos and willing to share cabin.
EU passport holders or EU work permit is plus.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate, Security Awareness, Food & hygiene level 1, travel document.
The yacht runs with a team of 9 crew, for up to 12 guests.
Start is end of April/May.
Salary: Industry standard, DOE.

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  40-49m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Yacht uses:   charter
  • Experience length:  min 5 years

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
