Chef to handle onboard meals such as light breakfast, light lunch, family dinners and small dinner parties of 6-10 people, as well as crew meals when owner not aboard. Vessel is based in South Florida for the winter and does very little travel. Owner flies in for small trips, usually no more than one 5 day trip once a month. Does an occasional longer trip from time to time. Vessel is never chartered, and is used strictly for private family use. Family loves breakfast on aft deck, and having a brief cocktail hour before dinner to inlcude family or friends for very small dinner parties. Looking to create a pleasant happy environment aboard for a very nice family who appreciates good food, wine and light desserts.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
