FREELANCE CHEF – 35M M/Y – PRIVATE/CHARTER
WHITSUNDAYS & GREAT BARRIER REEF

YACHT INFORMATION:

Experienced Freelance Chef required for a couple of owner & guest trips.

Must be a team player with the following skills:

• Previous experience cooking for up to 10 guests + 6 crew
• Must have experience in provisioning and correct storage of produce to prolong shelf life
• Manage a budget, and complete monthly accounts
• Hands on, can do attitude, high level of hygiene & energy
• Enjoys cooking healthy and nutritious meals for guests & crew
• Willing to help in all areas if required

ITINERARY: WHITSUNDAYS

QUALIFICATIONS: Culinary Certificate (Bonus) + STCW10 + ENG1 or AMSA Medical

START DATE: 01 September – 1 month approx

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Freelance

SALARY: AUD DOE – Discussed at interview

REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally located in Australia.
Australian or New Zealander or have the working rights for Australia
