wilsonhalligan have a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious 100m+ private and charter motor yacht.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for working closely with the Head Chef preparing food to the highest standards for the owners and charter guests, as well as working with the Crew Chefs to produce quality food for the crew. The position would suit someone with prior experience in a similar role on a large yacht, who is comfortable working collaboratively, leading a team and is comfortable with all international cuisines.
Due to the yacht set up the ideal candidate will also be comfortable cooking in front of and engaging regularly with guests.
Candidates must have a valid Ships Cook Certificate in hand and be available asap.

- Strong shore based background and yacht experience
- STCW and ENG1
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
